1. Acceptance

By installing or using Check Huay (the “App”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. What the App is — and is not

Check Huay is an unofficial third-party utility that helps you verify Thai Government Lottery results by querying the official GLO public website. The App is:

• Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Government Lottery Office (GLO) of Thailand.
• Not a means to purchase, sell, or trade lottery tickets.
• Not a gambling product. It only displays publicly available draw results.

The official, authoritative source of any lottery result is the GLO itself. The App is a convenience layer over GLO’s own data; results displayed by the App are subject to GLO’s accuracy and availability.

3. No warranty of accuracy

We make no warranty that results displayed in the App are complete, current, or accurate at any given moment. You must verify any prize-winning claim against the original printed ticket and against GLO’s own published results before taking any action that depends on the result. We are not liable for any loss caused by reliance on App output.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the App or its network calls in a way that abuses the GLO API
• Misrepresent App output to a third party as being the official result

5. Intellectual property

App code, copy, and visual design are owned by Arnon Aroonwilas. Lottery numbers, draw dates, and prize structures are the work of GLO and remain its property.

6. Privacy

See docs/PRIVACY.md for the privacy policy. The short version: no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, all history is local.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The “Effective date” above will reflect material changes. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
